Motivation

I created this video to give us 3 the motivation that it takes to "get it together" and to workout. Staying fit and trim and healthy is hard work especially working in a food environment. So when you were not "feeling it" let's pop this video on and get Motivated! PS... I will be making more as we progress and when it's time for another! LOL! C'mon everyone get off your asses and get motivated.

Aria Las Vegas

Beautiful Las Vegas hotel right on the strip near MGM, Monte Carlo, and the Bellagio. Im at the Aria...opened in 2009.

Nice cool day but still pleasant enough to sit poolside. Buffets and the restaurants are top -notched. Players like Jon Jorge have a steakhouse here and Todd English with a Grill.  Love it..staff are very friendly and helpful.

Best thing is meeting up with 5 other friends and having a great time here. For this is our annual March Madness get-together.
