Aria Las Vegas

Beautiful Las Vegas hotel right on the strip near MGM, Monte Carlo, and the Bellagio. Im at the Aria...opened in 2009.

Nice cool day but still pleasant enough to sit poolside. Buffets and the restaurants are top -notched. Players like Jon Jorge have a steakhouse here and Todd English with a Grill.  Love it..staff are very friendly and helpful.

Best thing is meeting up with 5 other friends and having a great time here. For this is our annual March Madness get-together.

Feeling Colorful!

Life is just not Black and White. All we hear about is Black and White...sometimes I feel like I'm the only colorful one in this joint!

July 5th, 2011 Tues Night Softball

What nice night it was. We had a great game and a come from behind win. To top it off, I now own the permit for the time allotted for the right before our regularly scheduled time. So, this means more softball! Hell yeah!

This Tuesday i also brought my GoPro HD camera with chest mount. I used it to shoot a good part of the game. You can click on the video below to check to game, the GoPro camera and the camera on its mount. Well, that's it for now so see you next time.

Sunday Breakfast

Keep in mind that I work Sundays so that Breakfast all of a sudden doesn't sound as cool as it should.

Chocolate muffin is the food of choice today with a cup of black coffee. Very delicious with a cup of black coffee.

Laundry Day

Oh man do I dred this day...well it's only for about an hour an a half. The prep involved, sorting then bagging it. Dragging out to the laundry, thankfully it's right downstairs and then waiting for machines.

Yeah, I can use the drop off service but I don't trust them. I like my whites sorted out and depending on who's there they might our might not do it. That's a risk I don't need. Teeeh, pink T shirts. I also like using bleach on the whites,  again they will tell you yes but who knows. Finally, drop offs can be very costly...$25 to $30? That's why I usually do it myself for half and I get what I want.

Pepsi Throwback

Sodas companies have slowly been going back to making their drinks with real sugar. As opposed to the High Fructose Corn syrups they have been using for years. HFC's are a much cheaper alternative to real sugar and a sweeter product so my guess is probably why the big companies use this stuff. However, I'm not here to give you a lecture on the pros and cons of HFC's. You can look that up yourselves.

I'm here to tell you how much I love these soda's that use the real stuff...SUGAR!!! I think there is a taste difference. The real sugared sodas are not as sweet as the HFC products. There's more of a cola taste, especially referring to Pepsi. So, go look for some and try them out!
